Why does my phone bog down? Every once in a while, my phone gets very sluggish and laggy. I checked it when this happened, and my RAM was at 150Mb, which is usual. I reboot, and it returns to its snappy self.

I am rooted, and I'm overclocked at 1.7Ghz. Obviously, I'm on version 'B'.

Why does this happen? Would deleting bloatware ramp up my RAM [if this is the problem]?

    Thanks to whomever answers, respect.

it could probably mean that your phone is running unstable with 1.7GHz, try lowering the clock frequencies. Also if you have applications that deals with ram make sure you know what you have done.for example lg optimizer; when you select locked phone memory in home the phones tends to feel a Lil laggy.

Now, I would recommend you these apps for a better performance experience. Memory booster; to free ram automatically when ram gets low. Gemini application manager; to disable any app to autorun (really recommended) and finally Gemini task killer widget; to free up ram just by shaking the phone...
