Hi all, I've been having an issue with my Tab 3 8.0 for a couple of months now. It's been doing it since a month or so after I got it. Sometimes when I go to use the table it won't turn on (it should be in standby) and the only way to turn it on is to hold the power button for 10 second which resets it and it cold boots. It has done this three times so far this week and it's becoming a pain.
The device is not rooted. Before I go through the pain of a factory reset can anyone tell me it this sounds like a hardware issue or can suggest a way to troubleshoot this issue?
