Help Small Motorola Droid Inc Problem..

Today my droid freezed twice. Once while playing break the blocks it froze up and I press the unlock button and the screen went black and I couldn't get it to unfreeze so I had to do a pull. Also i heard my phone make a noise notifying me that I got a text so I pressed the unlock button and nothing happened. The light kept blinking that I had a text but i couldnt get the screen on so I had to battery pull. It worked perfect after both battery pulls but what could be wrong with my phone??

The Motorola is called the DROID - the Droid Incredible, just incredible. It helps alleviate the confusion.
