Smartphone virgin

I bought the Incredible this morning....unfortunately, the person I was dealing with at Verizon knew less than I did about the phone. (Trust me, I am the lowest common denominator when it comes to computers, smartphones, etc and the only reason I got the Incred. was because my phone drowned and my service contract allowed me to move up). The manual (and use the term loosely) that came with the phone is a joke. I have tried to find one on line but no success. I fortunately came across this site..... can you guys (and gals) help out a technology deficient virgin and point me in the direction of a real manual........ thank you.
