Just got my G1 yesterday. Received a text from an email address (not spam, actually from my work) then when I went to compose a new SMS, it made it part of that 1st thread from the email. Even after deleting all threads, new messages show as part of that deleted thread. Also at the top of the thread it shows one of my contact's name who I haven't even texted since I got the phone. Any ideas?

yup...its the kpi email. what your going to have to do is go into your innercircle and delete your mobile #..then master reset yor phone. what's happeneing is that ALL of your texts are going to your 1st contact...ALL of em.
