I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem.. When I was with T-mobile I had a Samsung Gravity.. (Great Phone). But decided to go with Verizon and get a Droid Eris. Well heres the question. When i receive my picture messages with animation it wont play all i get is a download button.. I click on the download button and all i get to see is the picture i click on view and it wont do the animation or anything.. is there any app i can get to make it animate and play the music like my old gravity did..:(

I forget which one but for a years now there has been issues with sending and receiving it might be both carriers. I don't want to make it sound one sided, I believe the same issue is on their receiving end also.

Try using Handcent sms for messaging. It has alot more features and using Handcent instead of the native app will save battery life as well.
