SMS to phone and email address

Hello there

I'm after an app whereby when I send or receive a text message (SMS) it also goes to an email address. I know there are apps where this happens when you update or sync but I'm wondering if there's one that does it automatically?

I'm getting mixed messages from people as to whether or not you can send texts to email addresses. This is going to be a key factor here I guess.

Texts can be sent to email addresses, you just type in an email address instead of a phone number.... But I don't know of any apps that automatically forward them to an email address.
