I'm using SMS Unread Count but the problem is it automatically opens my stock sms app even though I prefer to use GoSMS Pro. How can I change this?

Does it still do it if you set your default SMS app to be Go SMS?

How do I do that? All I've done is turn all notifications off from my stock sms app and enable to gosms ones.

Might be an easier/better way. But if you go into call history, click on the persons picture, you'll get the quick action task popup. Select SMS. It should then detect Go SMS and stock sms. Tick Default, then select Go SMS.

It's strange, I did that, but in SMS Unread it still goes to the stock txt app. I think there must be something in settings or somewhere but can't find anything.

Ok I managed to find an FAQ from the developer and this is what was written...

    Q. How can I set it to launch my favourite messaging program?
    A.
It launches the default messaging app. If it doesn't launch the app you want, you have to clear that app from being a default messaging app. To clear an app from being the default, go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> Messaging -> Clear defaults. It will ask for which app to launch next time.

The strange thing is, I do this, it says that the stock txt app ISN'T my default, says GoSMS IS, yet SMS Unread count still opens the stock app. I have no idea what to try. Could this be a LeeDrOiD problem?
