I have bought samsung galaxy ace last week, i could not find any separate folders for sms like inbox, out box, draft, sent items etc.. as all the sms are shown one by one in one single window... whether this can be modified..???

AFAIK, Message window cannot modified...
But isn't it good to have all in one... no need to go to sent items to check, what i sent n all; you'll see whole conversation in single page... I felt ace/smart phones messaging format gr8, just my opinion.:)
What you can try is "Go SMS Pro" I use this app and im loving it.

It supports both, Conversation and individual folders (inbox, send) with some added features.

Hope this helps!

i cannot find any draft box in my samsung galaxy ace duos??the unsent messages are saved in the drafts..but where is the draft box??plz rply..??

There is no "Drafts" box in android messaging app, all the draft messages get stored in the inbox itself under the recipient's name, if you open that you will see that message marked as draft or not sent. If you didn't put any recipient then it will be stored under a blank recipient.

By the way did you know that you just posted in a thread that has been dead for 2 years? :p:D
