Ill keep this as unmoddable as possible.

How legal exactly is an app like Music Junk and what are the possibilities of getting a notification from verizon for using this software to download music? Has anyone dealt with this yet? I'm hesitant to use this app. Or even install it.

its just an app that points you to the download links like Free MP3 app. What you do from there on will decide your fate and plus they cannot monitor what apps you download

The developer's page doesn't explain where he's finding this music. I could be something as simple as an extravagant google search or maybe a projectplaylist scraping? Either way you can't be expected to know where it's coming from if they don't say. That being said, google removed it from the app store so if you're nervous, that's your hint that they don't approve of it.
