I have a HTC explorer A31Oe, and it keeps switching off and restarts on it's own often. Any solutions?

Hi Viju and welcome to Android Forums!

This sounds like a power problem. It could very well be a dead battery. I believe HTC seals their batteries in the phone, so it's not removable. Repair work is in order, I think. Sorry

Welcome to our forum. I would suggest you visit the section here for your device for more concise info HTC Explorer - Android Forums . The issue could be something as simple as a loose battery connection (it is removable). Has the phone been rooted or the stock software changed in any way? I've found that frequent reboots are often associated with an altered kernel in rooted devices. Make sure to mention if your phone is rooted when posting in the explorer section. Good luck!

If the battery is removable, then that makes it a lot easier! Thanks for the second opinion, Pastafarian... it's always good to have additional eyes on a problem :)
