Help Songs Randomly Skipping

I have a problem with songs skipping when I listen to radio.com and Slacker. It happens at random. Sometimes I make it through an entire song. Sometimes it skips to the next song at a random point. It's happening more frequently and getting really annoying.

I haven't noticed the problem with PowerAmp, which makes me think it might possibly be related to the data connection and music streaming apps.

Any ideas how to fix the issue?

There is an app called headset blocker on the market that is supposed to fix this problem. I have the same problem you do and installed it and it does help, but it does not fully fix my problem, it still pauses and skips here and there. But for some people it completely fixes the problem, so test it out and see if it fixes the problem!
