Limited connectivity means that you connected to the router, but it's not connecting you to the internet. (It was common in Windows 98.) Try an unsecured signal (turn security off on your router temporarily or try Starbucks or some other public hotspot). Also make sure you're connecting to YOUR router, not a neighbor's router using the same name (SSID). For instance, if you're using a Linksys router and have never changed its name, it's named linksys. If a neighbor did the same thing, theirs is also named linksys. It can get confusing (to you - the phone is doing what you're telling it to do). Name your router something that has nothing to do with you (not your name, house number, anything like that. Make up a name.)
