Did you check the other two things I mentioned first? I know it may be off now, but do you have it on a schedule? - Are you using a case? Apps are the hardest to identify. You can start by booting the phone in safe mode to see if the issue persists. If it does not happen in safe mode, it is likely an app that is causing the problem and you will have to isolate it by uninstalling one app at a time, or uninstalling all the apps and reinstalling them one at a time.
