sound problem

Having a Samsung S4 mini duos, gt i9192. During the conversation, from both sim cards, people are saying that they are loosing my voice, or hearing my voice but like from some tube , or from the distance, than again sound is coming back to normal.Does anybody else has the same/similar problems? Can it be network? Or software problem? Thanks in advance for any kind of help

It can be the network, it can be the mic in the phone, it can be the codec (software) - it can be many things. Only a shop with the phone in their hands can determine what it is.
