About a week ago, I installed the Froyo 2.2 update. My phone is also rooted. Just over the last several days, I have noticed that my sound profile keeps resetting itself to SILENT. I go back to the sound menu, reset the profile back to NORMAL, and within a matter of a minute or less, it reverts back to SILENT. Don't know of any new app or settings that I have changed that would globally reset to SILENT. Anyone else having this problem or know of a possible fix?
