What happened to automatically adding a space after you choose a word on the suggestion line on the keyboard? I swear I don't understand why certain small features like that are taken away/not on by default.

Is there a way to get it so a space is automatically added after words? Do I need to download another app...if so does anyone have a recommendation (that's preferably free)

Ironically, I like it the way it is. Many times punctuation comes next, or I choose the word and then add to it (s, ed, ing, etc.). I find it easier to add the space when necessary then to back space.

Also just another though. The s, ed, ing thing may be valid...but really you shouldn't need to type those because you can click the drop down autofill button and choose the version of the word you want. Also, I believe the original droid would remove the space if you put a period after the autofilled word.

Anyways, anyone have a suggestion on a free keyboard that adds spaces?

That's a fair point. I never think to hit the drop down arrow.
