I own the note 2 and my wife the s3. She got me into the habit of using our phones for Pandora in the mornings while we prepare for work. I've noticed that without a doubt, her s3 is significantly louder than my note 2.
Has anyone noticed anything similar? Does anyone know how the speaker on the note 3 is supposed to be?

And while I have you...does anyone know if the note 3 week have those cool, albeit gimmicky features the s4 has (waving your hand over the screen to answer the phone...etc)?

Can't help you but I'll say we have a Bose Sounddock 2 in our bathroom and I do enjoy it. I'm coming from an iPhone4 so I'm assuming I'll have to use the auxiliary audio plug though and lose the charging aspect.

Not sure about the speaker, but the N3 indeed has "air gesture" so you can flip, scroll with your hand. Also, you can pause a video by looking away from the screen. I also read that the Snap Dragon enabled the phone to be woken up by speech or a wave over the screen.

How does the speaker compare to the dual front speaker for the HTC One?
