General Speaker (tones) sometimes distorted

    It seems lately when I have my eris in my upper coat pocket and it rings, it sounds like the speaker is blown. Real tinty sounding but once I move it the sounds are better. Laying on my desk or in my hand it seems fine. Almost like the speaker doesn't like the upward verticle position or something.

    Anyone have this?

    Not supposed to do this, as far as I know.

    I'd take it to Verizon and show them.

    Definitely take it back. If you play music on it be careful on the bass of the song, don't turn up the volume too the highest level
