Help Speakerphone Question

When my phone is on speaker :
If I lay the phone face down I can hear well
but the person I am speaking w/ can not hear me well
when I lay the phone face up the situation is reversed...................
?

The microphone is on the front, the speaker is on the back. It makes sense, I usually hold mine and had no complaints.

the speaker doesn't sit flat on a surface so if you setting it on a table or other flat surface your sound should be fine.just don't set it on something soft or your sound will get muffled.

Isn't the microphone the hole on the bottom, just right of center?
If I use speakerphone, I put the phone facedown with the bottom facing me and it seems to work.
