Root Speed boost after radio flash

Just wondering what improvement those of you who flashed radios in the turn your phone to evo 3d thread are seeing. My speed doubled I did the two in the top minutes from each other from same location

my speeds are more consistent now with the new radio , 8/19 vs 8/18 (old radio)
