Spoilt for choice

    I want to root my Nexus S but there are many roms roms out that I feel Im spoilt for choice. Can anyone recommend me a decent but stable reliable ROM to use as well as an easy to follow guide. Thanks in advance guys

    This is one of the most stable roms I've used and as a bonus it's an ICS rom.:D

    If your looking for a decent root guide have a look at this one.;)

    Thanks for the replies, very much appreciated. Ive now rooted my phone and installed Clockwork Recovery. all I need to do now is find a rom that I like the look of. Im going to be clicking on the links provided by you guys, thanks

    This looks like what Im after. Ive been looking at Cyanogen but this rom looks better tbh. Ive looking at a tutorial for Cyanogen and it says I will also need to install google apps via zip through the clockwrok recovery. Will I have to do the same with your rom?? Sorry if my question sounds stupid but I dont want to make any mistakes and screw my nexus up. I have already backed it up to be on the safe side. Thanks.

    Trying out your ROM now,nice and smooth. I like that you used the stock kernel,I seem to get problems with most custom kernels.
