Root [Sprint] Are there any root apps?

So if either of these don't work what will happen?
I'm thinking about using CyanogenMod installer. Anybody know if they root it for you as the process or will I need to root it later?

If they don't root your device,Nothing will happen.Towelroot is the one I would use 1st,And I you want to delete bloatware,Be very cautious what you delete.
And if you install TWRP make a backup 1st thing.

Both towelroot and activeroot failed. I'm assuming there's nothing else like this that works
