Root [Sprint/Cricket] PRL update

when i got to system settings, update device, i can't update my PRL or Profile. I press them and nothing happens. It used to. Anybody else have this issue?

What rom are you on? Have you tried wiping cache and dalvik? Have you tried fix permissions?

You might need to re flash to see if that fixes it. Also might want to revert to your last back up to make sure you can update from that rom.

running MOAR 5.1 did the wipe cache/dalvik. how do i fix permissions? i can try that next. thanks. i will do a factory reset reflash if all else fails.

If you are using twrp, boot into recovery and go to the advanced tile. It's under there. I don't know if it will fix it, but it's worth a shot. If that doesn't help, try re flashing. If it still didn't work, restore to a rom that does and go from there

Yeah, just did a reset and reflash and that seemed to fix it. was able to update prl and profile. thanks again
