Root [Sprint] Cyanogenmod 11, clock acting up

Recently my clock has been messing up.

It'll be 11:00 am then I look at my phone 20 minutes later it'll say 3:00 pm. Is there a fix?

its the time zone setting. I had the same problem with my S4 running CM11. I couldnt find a fix so all I did was manually set the time zone to fix the time issue
