Yes, no, and maybe. They are renting out tower space to a lte provider, if that provider can get passed the congress and the fcc. But, as of now, they are not going to start delivering LTE to consumers.
But to be clear, verizon rents out tower space to ATT. ATT rents out tower space to Sprint. Sprint rents out tower space to Verizon, renting means nothing. Every wirless provider rents out tower space, it really does not mean anything.
