Called in w/ the issue of not playing Wav files. After being passed around 4 times to different departments, I was sent to the "Advanced Team" @ 877.735.8405. I explained the issue w/ the women, and after waiting approx 5 mins to "research" the issue she tells me that she will have to go on the manufactures site to see if the EVO will be getting the 2.2 update since it doesn't show up on the Sprint side. I asked her if she was even aware that the EVO did indeed have the 2.2 update that was pushed out nearly two months ago and all she would say is that she would have to look on HTC site to see if it is planned. Knowing that trying to get my issue resolved was now going backwards I asked for a Tech Supervisor. HE TELLS ME THE SAME THING!! Am I missing something? Did I dream it that Sprint pushed the 2.2 out asking people if they wanted to update!???
