"Spy" app to capture screen shots in background?

I want to take screen snapshots at regular intervals, in the background, and save them to the SD card. This is for my phone only - not looking to spy on a spouse or anything. The reason is that my daughter uses Instagram on my phone, hence there's no history, and I want to know what she's looking at. (Before you say "ask her", I think she would lie, so that's out).

Just go to Google Play and search for time lapse camera.

Man. I do understand why you want this but this is one of these type of requests that im not sure if im comfortable with lol.
I dont think theres a dedicated app but im pretty sure its something you could do with Tasker :thumbup:
