Static or crackling at begining of calls?

Anyone else get a little static or crackling in the speaker at the begining of calls? It is not terrible, but a little annoying. Seems to clear up after a few seconds.

I had this exact problem with the Hero I ordered on Day One. The Sprint-store agent listened to it and told me it was defective. I exchanged it and the replacement is perfect.
