What do you believe to be a better approach to studying habits? I have a test tomorrow morning and am wondering what would be the better approach to studying for the exam. (I did study earlier this weekend so I didn't "cram" everything for today). Would staying up late studying be more beneficial to remembering the steps of chemistry because I sleep right after, but get less sleep, or would getting a full night of sleep (7-8 hours) then waking up completely and starting to study and having the recency effect take affect for the exam. The recency affect is being able to remember things you had recently studied. I want to get into a regular habit for studying and want to know the best approach.
