The last update solved a lot of my issues, but not this one.

Sometimes I will get notifications of mail on my work server, sometimes I won't. Sometimes if I go into the box it will sync and notify me in a few minutes (after I back out of the box), sometimes it won't.

I have it set to notify me as notifications arrive and the notifications are on... what am I missing?

    Thanks!

I have the exact same issue. I've been updated with the latest OTA 12.8 mb update, did a factory reset, and set up the account from scratch.

I've often wondered if it was an issue with our Exchange2010 server, or if it's truly a problem with the phone.

Seems that I didn't have this issue back on 1.5.

As soon as my work upgraded to exchange 2010, I had problems with activesync. I loaded Touchdown and everything is working great. I love this app.

Unfortunately Touch Down is what you need to get. This app is awesome for Exchange !!!! Sucks you have to pay for something that comes with the phone.

Not sure if you guys are rooted or running any type of task killers, but I was having this problem myself earlier. I am rooted and was running a custom rom that was a Sprint port. I found that the service EASDirectpush (which is what pushes the exchange email I think), keep getting closed. I would go into running services and it was not there. I
have since switched to xtrSense custom rom and it no longer happens. I have been receiving all my exchange email as the arrive. I could be totally off base here, but that is what I have pieced together.

    Hope it helps.
