Root Stock Android Keyboard Force Closing

I am running rooted with Sapphire 1.0.0, and yesterday tried applying various themes from the Sapphire site.

I didn't like any of them, and so flashed back to my pre-theme nandroid backup. Now, everything is back to normal, but my stock android keyboard is force closing after appearing for about 2 seconds.

How can I go about fixing my stock keyboard?

Try a wipe data/cache and reapply the nandroid backup. I would check the keyboard settings as well.

I did wipe the data and cache already before restoring the backup.
