Stock Browser Question

i have a horribly newbie Question, i for the life of me cant figure it out either with dolphin or the stock browser.

I want to go from the bottom of a web page to the top with ONE TAP.
anyone please help!!!!! is it even posssssssible?

Get dolphin browser and set up a gesture to do it.

had dolphin since day two with my phone, i cant figure out how to do it on either. i will try again after i charge my phone at home (battery is almost dead and no charger in the car or work....see my new thread for details)
