if you were thinking youd just pop the stock camera app in on cm,it wont work. the frameworks are different and very little is compatible across AOSP and sense based roms.
if you like some stock features/apps your best bet is to run a "densensed" stock rom using apex or nova launcher and beautiful widgets for weather and other widgets if you want a more AOSPy look and feel.
