I am looking for stock ROM for Rogers Wireless (Canada) - a friend decided to root my phone for kicks and it's really temperamental now and I can't seem to find a non rooted stock ROM or actually know how to do this as all this CWM stuff.......

I'm not sure if Rogers is totally different, but for me, I had to Heimdall and then do a factory reset. Once I did that, the phone was happy to act like how it came out of the box and even went straight for the AT&T update to KH1 (latest version officially released).

Did you try doing that? Flashing with ODIN/Heimdall (with your respective Rogers stock) and then doing a factory reset?

I'm not with AT&T, but Rogers Canada.
