Stock SD card data

Hey.
New to the forum and finding it very useful.
I am still having trouble getting a few things to work correctly however.
I need to ask if anyone has the files that come on the stock SD card. I did not use it and put a larger one in. The original I formatted for my girlfriends phone. However I have since learned that there is a file structure on the SD card that is needed for certain tasks.
So is there anywhere I can download these files?

I had no notifications for email until I created a media folder with the correct sub categories in it for notification sounds. Now its working well. I'm worried some other things could be missing from the Sd card and also needed.

You only need the notification for custom tones really.

The phone should recreate anything else essential.

I thought that too as It says preparing SD card when you put it in however it has only been working since I made the directory and copied all the sounds over. I guess this means the files are not easy to acquire.
