Stop automatic media uploads

When ever I take a picture or a video I find it uploaded on Google+ which I don't want. How do I change my social media settings, I can't find them.

To disable automatic upload from the Google+ Android app, select "settings" within the "menu" screen and uncheck "instant upload." This should fix the problem.
