    Hi all

Sorry if this is a noob question but i'm a new desire user and would like to know if there is a way (apps/setttings etc) to stop the phone from going to sleep and screen locking when it is on charge? I use it for listening to music in the car in a charging dock and it's a pain to have to unlock the screen and enter my password if I want to skip tracks. I have to have the password active because of the corporate email policy.

Anyway of setting it so it doesn't turn off when on charge?

Go on the market and search for a free app called 'no lock'

Handy little app that let's YOU decide when the phone auto locks. With it disabling the auto lock you can wake the phone using any button rather than having to push the top button. The screen still times out although I haven't checked the options to see if it can be left on tbh.

    Worth a go imo

Try screebl from the market, it costs a couple of quid but keeps the screen fully lit when in my car dock.
