Buy a handset with 32GB storage.

Not being flippant - well ok, I am, but I'm also serious. The EMMC chip will be soldered to the motherboard, and is not user-replaceable. Even if you have the skills and equipment to remove it and replace it with a compatible 32GB part, the system firmware will also be stored there, including stuff like the bootloader which you'd need in order to flash the system image. Hence you'd also need specialised equipment to do the initial firmware load after replacing the chip before the phone would work.

So the realistic option is to buy a larger capacity handset, or at least a 32GB N5 motherboard to replace your 16GB one.
