Help Story album keeps crashing

Hi ive had my samsung galaxy s4 for about a month now its a great fone but the only problem is that the story album app kerps crashing or stops working I can add pictures and when I go to create my screen goes blank and then says the story album has stopped working and closes down. How do I fix this problem please

Hi grimesy :hello: welcome to the forums.

I've seen other people with this problem also. The only thing I can suggest is go in settings application manager and clear cache and data from the app and see if that helps. You could also try a factory reset but I don't know if it will help any.

Go into your settings, select MORE, go to DATE & TIME, change the format to anything else. Hit the home key. Go directly back into settings and change the DATE & TIME back to what it originally was. Restart the phone.

I don't know why this works but you wont have any more issues with Story Album.
