Help Strange Charging problem with ACE

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace for the last 5 months with no problems.
But in the last few days a strange problem has occurred..
When I charge the phone and then uncharge it, the phone still says its charging.
For example if its charged to 100% and its then unplugged its still says its charging.
As a result I cannot tell what the battery level is.
I have done a complete restore and the problem still occurs

As with most issues try resetting by removing the battery for a few seconds or failing that try factory reset.

Also are you using the Samsung charger? My phone was acting really strange when I used a different charger....

I also had the same problem. I tried almost everything,:from removing battery, connecting to a different charger hard reset etc. Finnaly I have sent it in Samsung Authorized Service, I gave them my warranty card and I had my phone back in 2 days. They told me that it had an internal problem and they have changed some internal parts. Hope this helps.
