Hey all, I've had my moment for a few days. When I'm on a call, this strange sound occurs from time to time. It sounds like it is coming from in the phone itself, so I think it's a hardware issue. The only way I can think to describe it is it sounds like a spring. Not boing-boing-boing-boing like a pogo stick, but just boing-boing very quickly. Once I thought was able to recreate the sound by moving the phone closer and then further away from my head, but besides that one time I've not be able to recreate it. It just occurred randomly about 24 times during a 30 min call.

At first I thought that the way I hold the phone or the proximity to my ear affects it, but again, I cannot consistently recreate it. Any ideas?

It's probably registering that you've touched the screen, and what you're hearing is the haptic feedback (i.e. vibration) that doing so produces. I get that a lot.
