Help Strange Touch Screen problem

Have found a strange problem, first pulling down the notification bar and touching the CLEAR button was not working. and recently it got bigger the whole right upper side touch triggers left upper side . I have Galaxo 1.6.3.4 with JC6 Donut firmware. So much warranty is pretty much gone!! Any suggestions ....

Maybe you should bring it to service. I hope it's not the case.
Do you have an old Nandroid backup? To try if the problem exist in the previous version of Galaxo or stock ROM? Maybe try it works there.

Tried no luck.... think need to change the touch screen... Anybody has changed touchscreen on GALAXY before????
