streaming audio

Hi, first post and I couldn't figure out exactly where to post this, so here it is.

I'm looking to buy an android 3.0 tablet, but one of my "requirements" is to be able to stream _all_ audio.

Scenario:
1) My speakers are connected to my amplifier, which is connected through an external DAC to a Windows 7 PC.
2) The android tablet will be connected through WIFI to this Windows 7 PC.
3) I want all sound, whether I'm browsing youtube or playing music through the media player to stream to the Windows 7 PC so that I hear it through the speakers.

Is this possible?
