streaming video simultaneously to multiple devices

Hi,
I want to be able to send streaming video to multiple devices at the same time.
But the tricky part is that they should be in sync with each other.

If I have 2 android devices
- android1
- android2

They should see the same streaming video, and be on the exact same frame (playing video in parallel)

Is there a way to do this?
