Lol based on the thread title I was almost afraid to read further! ;) Having said that, in spite of myself I read on but I'm not sure what that means. Pictures would be helpful.

I know what you are talking about. My previous EVO 3D had weird lines that you can see when you angled the phone in certain ways. I don't think its a major issue and I would only return the phone for dead pixels. It is tough to get a perfect EVO 3D. Unless there is some sort of serious defect affecting the performance of the phone I wouldn't worry too much about it.

have you performed a factory reset?

if you have not, i would go ahead and do so.

OR if you are under warranty/30 days, just take it back for exchange.

can you reproduce this issue at will or is it intermittent?

    are you rooted?

    Thank you everybody.

    I've returned the device.

    HTC service department said:

"...the issue in question does appear to be a hardware concern with the display itself...

...I did look at the picture and this is not normal. Do you or did you have a screen protector on your device? If not, has then been like this on the device since you received it? "

I did not use a protector and since i got it the display looks like this so they said:

"If you have had your device for less than 30 days, I would suggest seeing if you would be able to receive a replacement from Sprint. If you are not, you would need to contact our Repair Department."

    Great, great service from HTC!!
