    Hi All,

Already I say thanks to you guys because I've already read some great stuff here on the site!

My HTC has a bit of an odd problem.
I'd tried to get it rooted and wanted to switch to another rom.
The first part of the manual found on XDA (can not post links but it was regarding S-Off and rooting).
Somehow I think I missed something because of the following:
The bootloader is unlocked but the following line says Ace PVT Ship S-On RL
    HBOOT-2.00.0029
    MICROP-0438
    Radio-26.14.52.27
    eMMC-boot

I have clockworkmod 5.8.1.5 installed and can access that.
I also can communicate to the phone via fastboot.
    Pasted a log here:
    D:\htctools\adt\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20130729\sdk\platform-tools>fastboot getv
    ar all
    (bootloader) version: 0.5

    (bootloader) modelid: PD9810000
    (bootloader) cidnum: HTC__E11
    (bootloader) battery-status: good
    (bootloader) battery-voltage: 3938mV

    (bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
    (bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
    (bootloader) region-id: 0
    all: Done!
    finished. total time: 0.026s

The phone doesn't boot up. When normal booting it shows the HTC logo and then turns to black.
I hope you guys can help me out!
