Hey,
My T-Mobile Vivacity keeps getting stuck when it starts up and then will occasionally flash and start the logo movement again . I have tried to hold the power button and the - volume button but the only thing that's comes up is a black back ground with a grey box that says 'FTM' inside of it. I don't know what to do.
