Root Stuck at Verizon screen

    Im running stock with 2.2.2 rooted, tried an app called root tools and i screwed something up. i was backed up on rom manager using the alternate recovery and low and behold thats failed me. Cant get to a recovery screen and the hard reset isnt working. ive tried all the unbrick methods ive seen on here and all the links for the downloads arent working. What can i do????? am i screwed?

    First off, how did you root? Seeing how you're on 2.2.2, I'm thinking it was a one click root.
    Which unbrick methods did you try? I'm pretty sure there might be a few you missed. Since the phone boots, the guide by death2all110 will probably work. I just checked and the download links in it work just fine.

    If it doesn't work, click the link in my signature for the Ally IRC. There will be people there who can help beyond what I put in this post.

    Oops, I was rooted with gingerbreak. Keyword WAS. Death2all110's guide was extremely helpful. For whatever reason my computer at home wouldnt open the download links. All good now, thanks.
