Hi, I'm having a little trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S3. So I rooted my phone a few months ago, and then a month or two later I "unrooted" it in an app. It may have even been in the SuperUser app, I'm not too sure. Anyway, I ran the Root Check app, and sure enough it said that my device was not rooted. But my device status in my about phone settings says that my status is custom. And when I try to update my software, it won't let me because I have restricted software on my phone. Can anyone help me get my phone back to normal?

Flashing the stock tar for your carrier/device using odin would get you back to 100% stock.
